Rayleigh is home base
The kitchen is in Rayleigh, so Southend, Leigh-on-Sea, Hockley, Benfleet, Wickford, Basildon and Chelmsford are all close, and I cook across Essex, London, the South East and East Anglia. The menu adapts to your kitchen rather than the other way round: if your hob has two working rings, that is workable. It has been before.
