What's in the box
Every kit has the full roast. The vegetarian kit swaps the turkey for a beetroot and butternut squash wellington, and the pigs in blankets for meat-free sausages. Both are vegan, and every other dish is vegetarian. The wellington may contain nuts. Contains gluten, soya. May contain nuts.

Wine is supplied and delivered by The Bishop's Cave, my wine partner, with your kit. Over-18s only; ID may be checked on delivery. It's invoiced by them separately and isn't part of your deposit.

Your kit is booked as soon as the deposit is paid. The balance of is taken automatically on 16 December, 7 days before delivery. Orders close Monday 14 December, 6pm.

Questions
When does my kit arrive?
Wednesday 23 December, 2pm to 7pm, chilled, in an insulated box. Or collect it from Rayleigh: Wednesday 23 December, 10am to 1pm. Everything keeps in the fridge until Christmas Day.
Where do you deliver?
Only to SS and CM postcodes, and delivery is free. Anywhere else, you're welcome to collect from my Rayleigh kitchen.
Is there a vegetarian option?
Yes. Move the Vegetarian kit slider to however many vegetarians are eating. Each gets a beetroot and butternut squash wellington instead of turkey, with meat-free sausages instead of pigs in blankets, at the same £45 a person. The wellington and sausages are vegan, and every other dish in the kit is vegetarian. It is all packed in a kitchen that also handles meat.
How do I reheat it?
Every tray is labelled with what it is and how long it needs. The card in the box gives you one timeline to follow.
How do I pay?
A 25% deposit, paid securely by card through Stripe, books your kit straight away. Your card is saved and the balance is taken automatically on Wednesday 16 December, 7 days before delivery.
Can I get my deposit back?
No. The 25% deposit is non-refundable, because I buy and prep for your kit as soon as it's paid. It's in the kit terms you agree to before you pay.
What about allergies?
Every item's allergens are listed on this page and printed on its label. The kit is packed in a kitchen that handles all 14 allergens, so tell me about any allergy when you order.
Can I add wine?
Yes. Wine is sold and delivered by The Bishop's Cave, my wine partner, and invoiced by them separately, so it isn't part of your deposit. Over-18s only; ID may be checked on delivery. The sets are worked out at about three glasses each over the day.

Monday 14 December, 6pm.
